I ordered a gift basket for my mother and an hour later i wanted to change the gift basket. They said they changed it and would charge me for the amount of the new gift basket (which is 3 dollars cheaper). Much to my surprise I was charged for the amount of the first basket on my american express. I called in customer service and another person said they dont see the new basket order! Also I had a 40 dollar voucher from amazon that was not credited! They didnt change my product and they already shipped it out (on the wrong delivery date mind you). I called 3 more people over the next three days and even though each person said it was resolved, the next person had no record of the changes in the system. I have yet to receive the credit refund on the overcharge, a receipt of the new product with tracking number. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU WEEKS OF PHONECALLS AND HEADACHE. It shouldn't be this difficult to execute on an order request made within 2 hours of the original order. Now I've talked to 5 customer service agents over a week and none of them are sure which product is sent and when I will be credited back my refund.
