DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!
I was sent to this web site after doing a google search. I was buying the new fitbit ultra. After going to the site from google, and purchasing this, I found out that the model was the original fitbit which is several years old and discontinued. IMMEDIATELY, I tried to contact the company to cancel the order. i called 5 different numbers and sent 5 e-mails. I never got a response!! 4 days later I received a confirmation that the object had been shipped!!
They ignore your phone calls and ignore E_mails. There is no customer service and you cannnot contact a live person to answer your questions!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! |
