4 Wheel Parts Coupons

I placed my FIRST ever order with 4 Wheel Parts a few weeks ago. I ordered a headlight assembly and paid extra for Next Day Air. My package did not come the next day or the next or the next or the next or the next. When it finally showed up it was labeled UPS Ground. I called 4 Wheel Parts main customer service number to get a refund for the Next Day Air upcharge. "Linda" wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to find a reason not to refund my money. When I finally had her cornered she said she was "putting it in the computer and my money would be refunded within 72 hours". That was a week ago and no refund. I have given up on getting a refund (my time is more important than the money) but I will never use 4 Wheel Parts again and I will gladly retell this story to ANYONE AND EVERYONE when their name comes up.
