Review wise ? No, since shill reviews (just as shill OP posts) don't count. Unless this third-party seller offers same day delivery shipping (which they don't)....two of the reviews were wrote on the same day the product was first listed.

(a third review looks legit and he did rate it highly)
I am always suspicious of audio reviews on Amazon. Most casual listeners really have no idea of what sounds good and will rate something well as long as it does not sound really terrible. I am suspicious that I can find absolutely no professional reviews of this product. Audio magazines and bloggers love to review products; why nothing about this thing?
I bought some of the Soul SL99 earphones that were on Fatwallet (from the same authorized seller "A V House") about a month ago and really like them very much, quite a bit better than Beats in my opinion. I'm tempted to get this but also find it strange the dearth of information available on these. In fact this product is not even listed on Soul's website that I could find.
