I just received the full metal Jackrabbit that I ordered from this online e-tailer. The problem began when we opened the box today only to find that there were no rails, that should have come in a separate box(?). When I contacted this "e-tailer" they told me that they needed to be ordered separately, but they couldn't say which one went with this "kit", even though the "rails" are listed as part of the "kit" we purchased. After nearly 2 hours of run around with their offshore support, I contacted the manufacturer. They said that it was a full kit, that they were sorry and that they had no control over this reseller, also that I should order it directly from them. email me if you want more details before you too get burned too.
