paid account and old account were mixed up

the computer remembered my email and kept saying it has expired even after i paid . so i could not use it

Works Fine

I bought a 30-day subscription because CarFax has become prohibitively expensive. AutoCheck works fine, but I was disappointed to learn that my state is one of the few states in the country that is not fully compliant with a federal effort asking states to share vehicle information with a national database. Obviously this is not AutoCheck's fault. See this link for details: http://www.vehiclehistory.gov/nmvtis_states.html

Just something to be aware of. As it is, VIN checks for cars in my state typically return only the title history, if it was registered in a FEMA-declared 'disaster' area, and if you're lucky, accident and damage reports, but I've only gotten that information one time so far, and I've run about 25 VINs.
