Mark your calender and claim your cashback.

Good prices, fast shipping. We have purchased several batteries for our UPS's at work and all have worked fine. My only complaint would be the cash back. Mark your calenders and claim your cash back. Cash back does not get reported to fat wallet and I have to use their very helpful support team to get my credit. This has always happened on several transactions with batteries.com.

Not great customer service

I purchased a large box of a variety of alkaline batteries and they sent some wrong ones (some C batteries instead of some AA). I asked if they could send me the AA that I was supposed to get but they wanted me to send back the entire order before they sent me a measly 4 AA batteries. I wasn't going to wait to ship the entire back and then wait for a new order. I was willing to send back the C batteries but they wanted the entire order back.
