Great Buys @ Beach Camera

I have been buying from Beach Camera for the last 9 years. Everything that I have purchased has arrived the next day for free! I have purchased, cameras, Home Theatre systems, Flat Screen TVs and even a blender with no complaints. This past Dec. 2009, I purchased 2 flat screen TVs and thought that one went bad after one day. I got on the phone with their customer svc dept. and recived great service as well as good direction on what I was to do next. As it turns out, the TV was not the culprit, it was the Cable box that had to be rebooted! I highly recommend this store. Johnny D

never receive cashback rebate from Beach Camera

Ther order was fine, product was great, shipping was within time frame, and the rebate on the memory cards worked. BUT I never got the cashback promised by Fat Wallet. Either Beach Camera didn't honor the click linked from Fat Wallet and didn't pay FW their share, or FW didn't forward the cashback to me. The amount was small, but it has caused me to avoid linking thru FW since then as my first experience with this cash back system is a failure.
