They don't want your BUSINESS
I have ordered from Beauty.com for years. Spends tons of cash there. I could not believe my ears when the supervisor of the customer service called me and asked me not to spend my money there. They give away a pwp (purchase with purchase) item with a 100.00 purchase several times a year.... I had several accounts and used them come promotion time. Other times during the year I use beauty.com too but use only one account. They use this promotion to draw in new customers (supervisors exact words). Asked her about customer loyalty and volume ( I spent over 1500.00 in 3 months) and still was told to only order for one promotion. Told her I did not plan on using beauty.com any more and she offered me a 15.00 credit. What an insult. SEPHORA IS GREAT. When they have a promotion as long as you are willing to spend the cash you can get as many as you want. I love SEPHORA... and think beauty.com doesn't even deserve 1 star...if I could give them a negative STAR I would.

I don't think I have ever received my whole order!!
I have tried to order a few times from this company because of their good promotions. Almost every time I am missing something in my order. Twice it was the promotional items. Customer service is the worst ever. They simply say they ran out of the promotion....too bad or you. They are rude and definitely not into the philosophy of customer first. I will not fall for their tricks anymore!!
