Ordered LOB for in-store pickup and got a "Your order has been canceled bc the item is no longer available" email about 10 minutes later! 1 hour later, it still shows in-stock at the store, WTF???!

I'm surprised that you are shocked. I thought everyone knows that Best Buy's in-store pickup is broken and can't be trusted.
Actually the whole store--nationwide--is broken. Redeem all those $5 gift certificates before the liquidation makes them dishonored. Have had backorder since 2011 for USD thousands, it never bothered cancelling.
