rude and slow ....

I got my order 40days after ordered and had to call them 4times to check tracking number..
they just said it has been shipped but didnt tell me the tracking number...
was so so rude, every time I called,almost cancled...

Very slow delivery

Choice of brands and products are good, prices are not always the lowest you can get on sample sale websites. The main issue is delivery. It takes about 2 weeks to get a package. And it's not the time between the moment product is bought and package is delivered. It is 2 (two) weeks between email confirmation that purchase is shipped and the package is delivered. I think that for $9.95 delivery should be no longer than one week. Gilt and Hautelook charge less for S&H and delivery is much faster. I received shipment confirmation on July 8 and tracking says that estimated arrival is July 20, so, I probably will get my package on July 21 at best.
