Crappy, Arrogant Customer Service
After backordering 4 pairs of pants, when they attempted to put the charge through, my Discover Card SOAN (Secure Online Account Number) had expired. They then tagged the order as "Returned." I then called them to straighten it out and was told the order went through and that I should expect the pants within 2 weeks. After about a month I checked again and saw that they were once again tagged as "Returned." How can you return something you never got!
More phone calls and emails. Then I am told over the phone that the pants are not available in my size and color choices. When I checked on line, I see that they are, indeed, available. So more emails asking this to be fixed since I already paid the shipping fee with the first partial shipment. If I reorder, I have to pay $13 shipping when I already paid for shipping.
Then I get this from Pat in CS, "If you still want the two colors that are not on this order, please contact us." If they are not on order, how does anyone know there are two colors?
When I ask for a simple free shipping coupon code to reorder this and not have to pay the shipping for the second time, I am told by Pat, "The charge for the shipping on the order was .99, this was for the whole order. The order is closed. If you would like the other items , I suggest you reorder them. Shipping would be included , unless you have a promotion code to use."
So apparently having had a good deal on the shipping price the first time means that now cause of Blair's screw-ups I should just shut up and pay the full shipping price. I should be ashamed for wanting to save on shipping.
Well slap my writs and color me stupid. They lie to me, screw with me on shipping costs and jack me around. They need to learn what customer service is all about. I am spending my dollars elsewhere. I would give them zero stars, but I cannot.
