Out of three orders, only one was reported correctly. The other two were incorrectly reported and over the past eight months, they have not responded to any communications with FatWallet.com over the dispute. Even e-mails directly from myself to the CEO (who's e-mail said he reads them all) have not been responded to in this case. Although, he did response on a selection matter, so he does read them and responds when he feels like it.
The four star rating for the quality of products still stands. For shipping, it varies between five stars and two stars, which is why I gave them originally 4 stars for shipping, also.
These folks are great. Customer service is helpful and goes above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs blinds. I love my new blinds and the whole shopping experience was fast, easy, and top-notch!
Says free shipping but for shutters they charge you $70 for the order and $4.95 (really?) for handling.
Cash Back reporting has been wrong both times and will ask them to correct it after the next order comes in. I guess that's a good review since I just said I am a repeat buyer :)
Got order 10 days with everything just as described, after I ordered it (and it was pretty complex).
