Most of the time like this store
I have been a customer of this store for a long time. Most of the time I like this store. But this time I encouter a problem:
I had an old address in my account profile and I accidentally chose that address for shipping. I figured it out immediately (literally 2 seconds after I placed the order) so I contacted the agent to correct the address. To my surprise, they had no way to correct the address even though they didn't even start to pack the package, and they had not way to cancel the order before it was being shipped out. The only way they could do is reroute the order after it is shipped out. How stpid is that? "Reroute" means that I still need to pay $15 for s/h unless I choose store credits for refund. Oh my god. I think this kind of policy is really ridiculous. |

Not receive cash back till now
This online store has some good deals, but it is very weird in some points: You cannot change your order after you place it (before they ship it), not even a little. I need a gift receipt, but I forgot to click the gift choice, they cannot provide the gift receipt now.
I placed an order more than one week ago, for a very expensive item, more than $1000 handbag. I was very excited since I believe I will receive almost $40 cash back, but till now, no cash back notification.
Also, they send you 2 purchase confirmation. First one is sent automatically after you place the order; second one will be sent after they verify your credit information and billing address. It's quite different from other sellers. Well, that's fine, but they charge you shipping fee, for $1000 item buyer. I clicked the live chat, and the staff said they will waive the shipping fee for customer who buy more than $100 manually, but, but, but, you HAVE TO click the "live chat" and talk to their customer service every time before you place your order! This shipping fee won't be waived automatically by their system, no matter how much you buy. What a NICE website!
