I've bought from them online before without any major issues. The last time I think they sent me tracking and then didn't actually ship the item for like 5 days. It's a trustworthy store; not local to me but they are a regional B&M Dept Store - never bothered to look what region
There's restrictions to this deal; don't ask me what. Any further info OP? I was trying on sale merchandise (not clearance) in households and: Minimum purchase for this promo code is not met, or some items do not qualify.
Many shirts and pants cannot be bought with this discount promo code because they are "incredible value", and coupons are excluded. The website tells me that coupons are excluded, but in reality even the promo codes are excluded. Kills the deal.

Elder Beerman is part of the chain, and you can always return online purchases in-store if you have one nearby. I have found amazing deals on high-end nice clothing at Bon-Ton over the years, in store.

Wow, that's about as bad as it gets. I've probably ordered from them about 5x over the past few years and aside from slow shipping, everything was okay. Sounds like they like to cancel and have really bad customer service if you need it - I guess I escaped the wrath
