Good products, everything else unsatisfactory

We ordered two sets of pj's for our daughter in law in Canada and were charged for extra shipping. One set was not in stock but would be in stock in 1 week. One week turned into 3 weeks and the gift was late. The shipping was not properly set up for Canada and our daughter in law was charged $70 for duty and other charges. When we phoned to complain, we got the "sorry, not our problem" answer.
