Constant cash back problems

Pretty much stopped using Budget due to having to constantly track down cash back for rentals. If you rent quite often using the Fat Wallet portal, it is near impossible to discern which Fat Wallet click is associated with which rental. Additionally, if you are looking to get frequent flyer mileage from your rental, keep good records. More often than not you will have to follow up with Budget to get the frequent flyer mileage, even though they had no problem whatsoever collecting the $3.00 frequent flyer surcharge on the rental. This happens so often that I believe it to be a business practice.

Money suckers ....

I rented a car from Budget for a week. First of all, I ended up pay at least 75 dollars more than other cheap car companies like dollar thrifty hoping that they would be better than other car rental companies. But, they are even worst than other cheap rental car companies. Soon after I rented a car, I mistakenly took the toll road (which did not have any booth, speed-pass only). I did not worry much as I was under impression that they will deduct the money when I return the car. They did charge my card couple of days after I returned the car for $15.49 dollars in tolls. I called their customer service asking why I was charged $15.49, whereas the toll I missed was only "74 Cents" and the customer rep. rudely said, including their fees, that was the final total and it was mentioned in my rental agreement. $15 is not a big amount but I am really pissed of their customer rip-off policies and rude behavior. I hope his review will help others not to make the same mistake.

Good customer care, great rent car price.

I rented full size van (15 passenger) for almost $100 lower than any other price. The van was new (less than 10K miles on it).
I liked it and I will recommand to others.

worst rental EVER

Budget were the worst rental agency i have ever encountered.
First their customer service was unbelivebly bad, they yell at customersa, talk on their cell phones right in front of you, and are rude and disrespectfuyl.
Onthe final bill they added lots of charges that were not discussed earlier and refused to remove them when i chakanged them.
It was the worst experience ever, NEVER again!!!
