Does not fulfill order or provide adequate customer service

Do not order from this company. I've ordered their spring & winter grab bags for years. I ordered 3 grab bagsthis year and received a tiny bag with samples in it. Burts Bees does not accept email correspondence. I called and told them they sent the wrong item which did not reflect the $70 I paid. The associate said they would send out the correct order. One month later I still had not received my order. When I called again, they had no record of a new order being sent and told me if I needed to speak to a supervisor I would receive a call back within 48 hours. The associate went on to tell me that the tiny sample pack was their grab bag. No one would pay $70 for samples when the product description states you will receive at least 3 full sized products. Something has gone wrong with this company. Horrible execution and customer service. I have cancelled my account.
