Exceptional customer service

Purchased the case-mate tough for the iPhone 5. Of course their stock was low as they're one of the first companies to have a case available. There was some confusion whether or not they had it in stock, but they were very helpful and determined to get one out to me. So helpful that I ended up getting two. Customer services is exceptional. They respond quickly, nice to talk to and aim to please. As far as the case I love it so far. It's two pieces now. The last case-mate tough I had for iPhone 4 was one piece and the rubber surrounding the screen stretched out. I don't see that happening with this one because it's a different material. Great case and slim design.
