Terrible customer service

Be forewarned, in their confirmation emails they state:
"In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value."

This means that whatever time you spent picking out that special gift for that special someone might've been wasted. Everyone has preferences when it comes to eating, not to mention possibly allergies or other health considerations. When requested that they contact me first if they run out of stock to see what might be a suitable substitute, I was given a curt response of "This time of year it generally only happens right before Christmas when so many things get sold out so quickly", with no reassurance that they could fulfill my order exactly as it was placed and/or an offer to contact me if not. I ended up cancelling and picking out gifts from a local confectionery store instead. I've ordered from Cherly & Co before, but never will again.

i have been an avid gift giver of cherly&co. cookies for the past 5years. everyone that i have sent these cookies to have had nothing but excellent comments about these delish gift giving gifts.there customer satisfactory is very important to all who receive any type of gift .our family and friends all love cheryl & co.products and i have been thanked by many for sending them and for telling others to use this company for gift giving. not just during the holidays but throughout the year. my suggestion just try it once you have nothing to lose as every item is money back guarentee, but don't worry there will not be any unhappy receivers. enjoy!!!! jean ricca fitnesspro19@yahoo.com
