Circuit City Coupons

I never really like the brick-and-mortar stores, but the new online store is great. I purchased a large screen televisison and bluray player. The purchase was simple and delivery was quick. I decided to return the bluray player and it was completely hassle free and they refunded 100% of the money within a few days of me sending it back. I'd definately purchase from Circuit City again!

I ordered a 40" Toshiba LCD from Circuit City as a gift. My order went through fine, but a few days later I received an email saying the TV was on backorder, with no in-stock date listed. After receiving another backorder email appx 4 days later, I contact Circuit City myself, and they informed me that they didn't expect to receive this TV any more and that my order was canceled. They offered me a TV at a similar price, but their offers were no where near what I had ordered. They would not honor the sale price or offer me anything for my troubles. Keep in mind, this was supposed to be a gift, so two weeks later I am scrambling for a gift! I will never order from Circuit City again!
