Terrible service and terrible product

Terrible service and terrible product. The cartridges I bought were advertised as HP cartridges (Order #113083 on 4/5/12). Turns out they are not OEM at all. They are not refillable. When I refill one, the printer is unable to recognize it any more, so my whole printer quits working. With one of the cartridges, the printer quit recognizing it when I changed the other cartridge (i.e. it quit recognizing the black when I changed out the color cartridge). No return possible because they did work at one point. If you ask for a return, you get an interrogation. Going back to inksell.com, where the product is reliable and the service exceptional.

Great price and good quality product.

I ordered an inkjet cartridge from CompAndSave a couple months ago. It worked great and it was just a fraction on the price of name brand cartridge. I will definitely buy from them again.
