Great Store, growing in size, and shipping is fast

I have bought about 30 things from geeks in the past year or two. It is mainly a store that carries brand new releases of last year's products. If you expect this kind of inventory, you will find great deals.

Also, their customer service is awesome, real sweet. Most of their shipping is done through UPS I believe.

Bought refurbished computer 1/2012

I bought a refurbished computer but not happy it didn't come with office like most do. Computer seems fine so far. Also bought wireless head set that is crap. $20 bucks and it doesn't work as a wireless at all on anything in my house. If i hook it up directly it works if I don't move AT ALL. Static if I move. I was not impressed when I called about issues with both. I thought my computer came with office and they weren't helpful.
