Poor service

I ordered some hand creams 11/30. Called them 12/10 for status because I never got any shipping confirmation, and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, someone comes on to say my order was "supposed" to ship by Thursday the 13th. Asked them to cancel it and they told me they could not cancel it (?) because they didn't know if my order was sitting on the dock WAITING TO BE SHIPPED BY THURSDAY THREE DAYS FROM TODAY.

I order $125 to be able to get free gifts for my order. They cancelled part of my order and they also cancelled my free gifts. Bad experience.
