If 0 stars were allowed I would give it. First let's start with the name Craft Beer.I recieved porter's, choclate stouts, IPA's and various ale's,not a BEER to be found in the two months I gave this "club" a try. I tried a bottle of two of the four selection's which they offered on he first month and they were not to my liking. Not all craft are good brews but I admit that is subjective.
What was really appalling was the customer service of this outfit.My son and daughter bought me a four month subscription. When I called I explained that I was not satisfied with their selections and that cancelling it was a sensitive issue. I was willing to work with them and send back the items at my own expense and was willing to go through actual beers (not ale's or porters or stout's) they have sent in the past and willing to double up on beer's that they send in the future to fulfill the the four month allotment in any time frame they deemed to fulfill the subscription. They simply cancelled the two month's I had not recieved and refused to take back what they sent, and informed my children that they were cancelling my subscription without even consulting me even though they said they were going to call me back. Unless you (or a recipient) are absolutely sure you like farflung brew's with less than 10% of item's being sent being actual beer keep away becuse this company has no interest in customer satisfaction. One of the worst customer service experince I have ever been through!!!!
