Love the shoes, not so much the customer service.

If you ever have to make any returns with these guys, make sure you go with a service that will give you a tracking number. I spoke with three different customer service representatives who seemed to have no idea of what was going on with my return. If it wasn't for my tracking number/proof that the shoes had arrived, I suspect they would have told me the shoes hadn't arrived and put it on me. I'm still waiting for my refund. It has been around 3 weeks since the time I mailed them out.

Crocs are good shoes

Crocs has a pretty broad range of styles now. The make some shoes that the cal RX series that are good if you have problem feet.

comfortable, not fashionable but decent

I've had bad feet my entire life and not until I started working I realized that my feet need to be happy. Crocs are usually very comfortable without being too soft. And they have come along way from the "originals". I've gotten ballerina flats, wedges and sling backs and though they vary in stylishness, they are certainly not ugly like the originals. If you have wide feet or arch issues or skinney heels or a combination of foot problems Crocs are usually a good bet. They also routinley have sales so if you on the fence about something just wait for a 20% coupon to come your way!

Comfortable shoes for kids

Online shopping experience was very good. Shipping was quick. Rain boots we got for kids are nice...they get a lot of compliments on them.

Crocs: the shoe for the busy retiree

I love my Crocs. They are great. I wear them all the time. I live at the beach, so they can be worn all year long. They feel comfortable and look great, and are easy to get on and off. I wear them everywhere.
