Not Worth The Headache

I ordered 5 items on 12/3/10 and had them shipped to my family in Missouri. When I got there for Christmas, only 4 of them had arrived and everything was shipped separately. The last item got there on 12/28. I never got a warning email saying everything wasn't getting shipped together and that something might not arrive in time. Spend the extra dollar and use a more reliable vendor.

Slow but reliable

I've bought many things from DeepDiscount.com (and DeepDiscountCD.com / DeepDiscountDVD.com before they merged), and I have always had good luck with them. They're often pretty slow to ship, but I've always gotten my orders in good shape and at an excellent price.

Terrible service

This store advertised the Back to the Future trilogy in Bluray for $26 with a 25% off coupon during BF. Couldn't get the coupon to work and emailed them the problem. Never got a response but I see they changed the price on the website. Won't give them any of business.
