Hmm. I'd suggest going with an Intel NUC unless this is exactly what you need. A Celeron N2830 NUC is only $130.
Factoring in the display, RAM, HDD, and Wi-Fi, you will break even. The only thing that you net with this deal is Windows 8.1 with Bing. OTOH with the NUC you have control over better Wi-Fi and HDD, plus upgrade and IR remote. NUC also will be able to run Android soon, not sure on this one.
A good deal if it precisely meets your demands... but keep in mind N28xx laptops run $200 with the same guts.
