I own three of this TV, and I've been quite happy with them, but they're all only a few weeks to a few months old. The only drawback is 60Hz refresh rate, but it's not been bad, even for sports. I needed to replace several TVs this year and this model always seemed to be the best value for me. I bought two from Dell when they were offering $150 rebate cards (used the first gift card toward the purchase of the second TV), and once again on black Friday from Amazon at $398 with no tax charged.
This isn't as good as the black Friday deal for me due to tax that Dell charges (and they tax the pre-GC amount, of course.) Also, the gift cards that I got from my Dell purchases were only valid at the Dell site, so keep that in mind.
I was able to use the gift card from my first Dell purchase to apply toward a second TV and also got an egift card from the second TV purchase. The only potential problem is that each gift card takes several weeks to be emailed from Dell.
