Dickies Coupons

I don't really know where to begin. Besides the irregularities in sizing that plaques all Dickies clothing, I'll find a jewel every now and then. But even though B&M stores typically offer few Dickies items, the online store is so bad that it's not worth my time.

Navigation on the site is horrible. For example, you have to choose your size just to view an item in a different color (the image displays aren't very appealing either, btw.) Then they send me email, but never any good deals, and each email is titled something like "You have to have this!", even though I didn't buy that very item the first 100 times they sent me an email with it in there.

But the reason I am writing this review is because I'm very disappointed with my first Dickies.com purchase. Despite never feeling temped enough to pull the trigger on the website, I finally received an offer that was too good to pass on, so I ordered. After immediately realizing that I jumped the gun, because I knew that I'd never wear the item, I wrote them to cancel the order, but was told by a CSR that they don't cancel orders. So, I accepted it and moved on, without ever wearing the item, but at least consoled by the fact that I would receive cashback. Hold on, though, because now Dickies is refusing to pay the cashback they owe me. To be honest, it's not enough money to worry about, but I don't think that I'll be ordering from them again, when I can't think of a single positive thing to write about my experience.
