Dillards "Promo Code" Scam
I tried to apply a promo code at the Dillards website but there was no place to enter the code. Customer service suggested that I complete my order and phone them with the order number and they would apply the code. After doing some research I discovered this is all a scam. No codes on FW for Dillards.

Great service
I have placed two orders with Dillards. Their shipping charges aren't cheap, but they package items nicely to avoid wrinkling. I was able to make a return at the store saving shipping expense. They have a great selection of special occasion dresses and, while they don't run coupon discounts, their sales are very good.
