I haven't had any issues with this merchant. It may take a day or two to fulfill the order. They send you a email when they shipped the order with the tracking #. Then the shipping takes awhile. My orders arrived correct and packaged well. I would recommend this merchant!

The only thing I didn't like was that it took 4 days from the time I placed my order to the day they shipped it. Other places I've ordered from took 1-2 days.

Ordered a awesome looking layered car shirt for a kids B day gift and a few extra kids T-shirts on clearance. Order pages stated next step is receiving a confirmation email for my order. No confirmation received, but did receive an email stating that the layered cars shirt was sold out and would not be shipped. The email gave a customer service address for changes. I sent a message the same day saying cancel the order because the cool layered shirt was the reason for the order. No confirmation. Nothing. I figured the order was dead.

Package arrived from the Disney Store. I emailed for help. No answer for 2 days, so I called. It took many attempts to reach a person rather than a full voicemail box announcement. I never opened the package and said to the CR that I would return this canceled order. She said she would credit me back shipping if I kept it. OK, fine.

After the call I opened the package and...

Invoice showing state sales tax charged but clothing is not taxed in my state.

The kids shirts are all adult sized. The invoice stated IRON MAN FOR MEN, SPIDER MAN FOR MEN, but the web site has a different name for the shirts with no "FOR MEN" or "adult" mentioned. Childish shirts with all reference to adult sizing not on the full page web display, but stated there in the small short item title on the invoice.

These childish shirts fit no one.

By the way, the invoice has no phone number but gives the same email address to nowhere.

Disney store cheated FW and me out of CashBack. I specifically used FW link, no outside coupons or codes, no gift certificates, and my cashback was still denied on a SUBSTANTIAL order.

My advice- use other codes and coupons if you can find them. Possibly use other CashBack Site if you belong. Don't count on getting FatWallet CASHBACK when making your buying decisions.
