Title says it all. I've ordered over a dozen shoes from Endless.com in a year. They are the same exact shoes I'd find and buy at Nordstroms except cheaper. The return policy is the best! Free shipping too! I've never paid shipping costs or return shipping costs. I've never had any issues with them reporting cash back.

I actually enjoy shopping at endless but i rearely see any money back from them. I spent more then $2000 in past 2-3 mths when they were offering 10% cash back and was SO exciyed to be getting some of my money back but, nada, sero, zilch....!!!! DONT be FOOLED!!!

endless.com has a huge selection of well-priced designer shoes. they tend to have much better prices than other shoe websites, such as zappos.com. i love their fast shipping (usually overnight or 2-day) and free and easy returns.

Endless is the ONLY online shoe retailer I will shop. They offer fast shipping and stellar customer service. I've placed many orders over the years and have never had issues.

Fast shipping, great customer service, return notifications via email, prompt refunds, and most of all, amazing prices on brands that cost a lot more elsewhere. What else could you ask for?!

I ordered 2 pairs of volleyball shoes for my girls and 14 days later noticed the price had gone down to $62.97 from $89.95 so I went to the endless.com website and submitted the price guarantee claim referencing their own listings. The next day they emailed me that they wouldn't honor the claim because the price was back up to $89.95. I looked online and sure enough the shoes were back to original price. I called them and they said that the price must be the lower price at the time they go to look it up. So I asked them why they encourage online submissions of these price guarantee requests... when obviously you are taking a big chance that the price will change before they go to look it up. They said they have no way of knowing if something has been a lower price in the past. ???That seems rather odd....??? So I sent them a second email request the next day, referencing the earlier claim... their response then said that I was past the 14 days so they wouldn't even consider my claim. Playing dumb seems to be their common business practice.
