terrible customer service + travel insurance is only for Canadian resident
I had to cancel the flight, ended up expedia charged me $150 more. I call for more than 20 times, I had to wait at least 20~30 mins to talk with a CSR from India. Those people BS me and gave alot of wrong information, kept on telling me to wait for the refund and it will be process in hours or days. I waited about 4 months to file a credit card dispute, so they started to treat me seriously. I will not buy from them...worst buying experience ever XD. If there is negative star, I will give the company a negative infinity.
