Despite the cute designs, the is a company I will never purchase from again. Second time I purchase a stamp and it took a month to receive. This time I called after the 3rd week to check the status of the package and the woman who helped me informed me there was a problem with the manufacturer and that all the orders were backed up that they had just shipped today, Monday. I should receive in a couple days, definitely no later than Friday. I told her I understood, she was very apologetic and was very clear about the situation, but told her they need to be proactive for cases such as these and give the customers a heads up instead of waiting it out. She completely agreed and expressed her frustration with management and their lack of action. I would be frustrated too because customer service are the ones who have to hear it all. With that aside, I waited for my package to arrive. Friday came and there was still no package. Saturday I receive and email saying my package had just been shipped. SERIOUSLY. They are closed over the weekend so there is no one to speak to. I called Tuesday to get some answers, at least an apology or intention, but instead I received attitude and absolutely no customer service from the woman I spoke to. I regret now not taking her name, but sarcastically she offered to return my $4.00 for shipping. After going back and forth about why it is not a shipping issue, rather a problem on their company's end for failing to inform about the delay, and additionally misinforming me about my order's status, she said, "well what do you want? You want some free labels?"... Let's hope neither of you guys have the same misfortune.
