I recently found this retailer and now they have buy one get one free so i decided to give them a go and so far I am very impressed.

I tried this store out and got the glasses in about two weeks, but I didn't like them(too small for what I was wanting), so I emailed the day I got them and just asked for an RMA to return them and told them why I wanted to. It took over a week to get a reply and there reply was that they could offer a replacement. I emailed them multiple times and finally got an email from them again, over a week later, saying I could get a replacement and to send the glasses to the address. The really frustrating thing is the refund policy is 14 days after getting the glasses.

This was my first experience and I was somewhat uncomfortable making the purchase of two pairs of eyeglasses.Initially,I only wanted to try buying one pair at a time but the prices were so reasonable,and the staff were very helpful and friendly so I took the chance.I was most pleased with the quality of the glasses, the way they fit,and the price was even better.So there you have it!

I've purchased two pairs for myself and two pairs for my son...Great glasses at a great price.The ordering process is a bit tedious though as I have to click back and forth in order to check specs etc. Also, Why can't I select a previous order and just click once to reorder the same pair? You have to go back and start from scratch. Granted, you can save your prescription info and "reuse" that, but it would be so much simpler if I could just review an old order and click once to reorder the same again.
Additionally, why bother with a telephone number if no one ever answers? The email support was a bit sluggish and was not helpful. Telephone ordering would be a great additional feature but I've not ever reached a human after 5+ attempts to call.
Overall,I remain satisfied with purchases and will continue as a customer. Even with my frustrations of the website order process, the deals outweigh the tediousness of ordering and they beat the brick and mortar process by a long shot.

I've purchased several pairs of glasses from this store. The first two were just fine, the next, some prescription that came from who knows where, but the site had changed and I couldn't see my prior orders. They would have replaced them, only charging me return shipping, but I decided not to bother since they were cheap glasses and I'd only gotten them short term until I got a new script. I am now working on buying another pair or two with a new prescription, and would like to clear my cart of all old prescriptions (including one for a friend who had asked me to order for him) and can't, so that's confusing. However, the biggest drag is the amount of time I spend waiting for the site to recover from searches, etc. as it often freezes and it's taking me hours to get through what should be a simple process. In addition, the compare feature doesn't provide enough details to compare, specifically bridge size, so I have to open each pair to see that (and risk the site freezing and starting over). I'll be ordering, but it has taken HOURS when it should be less than an hour.
