Terrible service; incompetent reps

I placed an order, then was sent a shipping confirmation. The tracking number they gave me was for somebody else, it wasn't even for my order. I called and made several inquiries trying to find out where my order was. Every time I called, the reps would just say they had 8 business days to ship the order. I kept telling them all I wanted to know was where was my order, and that I didn't really care about the 8 days, I just was concerned that I was given the wrong tracking information.
The reps just kept responding like robots, just monotone repeating over and over again that they had 8 days to ship it. The fact my card had already been charged, and NO ONE there could tell me anything about my order and wasn't doing anything about it (like call freaking Fedex about my order specifically, and get on their case?? Hello??), I started to get pissed off at this point. It's now been 6 days since I ordered, I still don't have it, and the tracking number they gave me, that a rep told would would "update" and then be correct, still shows details of some other order being delivered to some other person 10 states away from me.
And at this point, no one at Flavia/Mars is doing ANYTHING about it. I have to wait 8 days just to get these guys to lift a finger. Why? Because "we have 8 days to ship the order" lol! These guys just don't get it. A pissed off customer will do more harm to their business than anything else.
I read about the disatisfaction of one customer review. I have been purchasing from Flavia for a number of years. I have tried the teas, coffees, etc. I never hada problem with customer service either on the phone or online. The products, I consider, are the best quality. My only gripe was the beverage maker itself. I am on my second one but managing. I have to hit the coffee button a second time so that it won't keep pouring out.
