Stole my money.

I order somethings from this place. Well it was not package very well and was broken upon arrival. I call them up to ask for an exchange and they said they cannot exchange but will do a refund. I fill out everything I need to and sent the items back to them. A few weeks later I called them and they told me sorry about the delay, the refund will be issued that day. A few weeks later I still do not have my refund and call again. Was told there was a problem with refunding and they will do it manually that day. A few weeks later I still do not have my refund and am sick and tired of calling because all they do is say they will refund my money that day BUT NEVER DO!
