You know I liked at least one item in every box however, I would agree birch box better especially because they're consistent. I have had a terrible time with their customer service. I got an email two days after signing up (it was my birthday present to myself) for a free nail polish for my birthday HOWEVER it was only good for new subscriptions. I figured mine counted as a new subscription. But No. Then I moved changed my address the first week of the month and box was still delivered to old address which meant I had to pay the extra shipping. When I called to ask why this happened I was told they need a whole months notice for address changes. That day I canceled my subscription and of course since august's box (that box) didn't show up until the 8th of august I got charged for septembers and declined a refund for a box that won't get here for another two weeks. Absolutely bad business practices. The representative on facebook seems prompt and wants to fix problems. The actual representatives who can make things happen do not care. If they had given me options or shown me any respect as a customer I might give them a 4 star rating. These boxes aren't essential living commodities they are purely luxury. People will not stick around if you treat them disrespectfully.
