Unbelievably slow shipping.
The idea is great, but I expected Netflix like service and turn around time on shipping and receiving games. I filed a complaint with their customer service after it took 8 days from the time they received my returned game, to the time I received their email about my next game shipping out(not counting the actual ship time). They responded with "In most cases, we ship your next game within the same day we receive the returned game." This certainly hasn't been anywhere close to my experience. Instead, for the next game, it took 12 days from when I got the email stating they received my return game, until I got the shipping notice for the newest game.
I had purchased a 3 month membership for my son, but you can be sure I won't ever be renewing it once the 3 month period has expired. |
