GINNYS "CREDIT DEPARTMENT" SENT ME A BILL FOR $674.89
LOOKS VERY MUCH LIKE A NIGERIAN SCAM ONLY I GOT A BILL IN THE MAIL
THEY ARE "UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF" THE ORDER THEY ARE "NOT ABLE TO PROCESS THE ORDER WITHOUT SOME ADVANCE REMITTANCE"

THE BILL DOES NOT IDENTIFY A PRODUCT THAT WAS PURCHASED ONLY AN AMOUNT THAT NEEDS TO BE "REMITTED"

I CALL THEIR NUMBER +1 608 324 3024 AND I SPOKE TO "GINNY" (WOW TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE GINNY!! TOOK THE CALL) WHO TOLD ME THAT SOMEBODY IN STATEN ISLAND ORDERED A TV AND BILLED IT TO ME??? AFTER A LOT OF ARGUING SHE TOLD ME I NEED TO TALK TO THEIR "LOSS PREVENTION DEPARTMENT" AND DO SOME "PAPERWORK!!!" SURELY A SCAM PAPERWORK???

I have shopped a lot at Ginnys and whenever I need something, I always go to this catalog first. I had purchased an item and had it for a while when it suddenly stopped working. I called customer service and before I received the mailing label to send this back, I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT. Love this catalog, the prices and the people who are there to help. I have been a catalog shopper for a long time and there is nothing better.

Lousy customer service. Dishonest dealings. Terrible company

Never, ever use this company. I bought something out of their catalog in 2011 and it was defective. I called for a replacement and was treated rudely. Then my billing was incorrect. I contacted their credit dept. and tried to get a credit on my bill. Fast forward about 6months. They closed my account. I then paid them off (overpaid them and they had to send me a refund check.) Low and behold, I pull my credit bureau and they reported me as a charge off, even though it has been paid. I have spent endless hours with them on the phone with each rep being ruder than the next. I have written to Ginny Bean with no reply, disputed it with the credit bureaus and Ginnys still claims the info to be correct. I have complained to the FTC and WA State Attorney Generals office, and Ginnys still has not fixed. Dishonest company with rude reps. I will tell everyone I ever meet not to use this company. Shame on you Ginny Bean!
