Poor Customer Service

I ordered a 10x20 tent from Golfoutletsusa.com. When I received the product it was defective. I use the word defective and not damaged because there were no signs on the box of damage. Inside the product had both broken and missing parts. I contacted them and they refused to send me another until I returned the first one. Understandable??? I returned the first tent and they sent me a new one after agreeing the product was defective. The event that I ordered the tent for had already passed. I did not get a chance to use the new tent again until the following June. 1 year to the day that they had sent it to me. It too is broken. Three of the cross beams are broken right where they are screwed together.
I called GolfOutletUSA.com expecting them to look at the history and make good. The first person I talked to told me he needed to discuss it with his manager. He put me on hold for 20 minutes. He came back and said that I was required to email this entire scenario to him so he could forward it to his manager who would then forward it to a higher level manager.
I asked why I needed to do that if I had already explained the details to him and him to his manager. He said that is just how they do it. I asked to speak with his manager. I was put on hold again for quite a while and then disconnected.
I called back and finally was put on the phone with the so called manager.
The manager I spoke with was named Torin Murphin?? At least that is what he told me. He basically told me that I was lying and there is no way it would just be broken, even though this was the second one I had received. He refused to do anything at all.
After, I went online looking for spare parts as to try to salvage my $250 purchase and saw that the entire World Wide Web is littered with horrible reviews on this product. It is garbage. The exact product is a "Palm Springs 10x20 EZ Pop up with side walls"
I never write reviews but this product is awful and second only to Golfoutletsusa.com's service in the waste of time and money this has been for me.
