Good Bargains

Handhelditems is one of my favorite websites. I rarely make reviews but I feel I have to this one. Everything I buy from there is cheap, with good quality and always arrives within a reasonable time period.

Beware

After a few days my order status showed "PayPal" so I checked PayPal which showed a confirmed payment a week earlier. I contacted CS which said maybe my order fell through the cracks and they would check. After not hearing back in a couple more days I checked my status which said "canceled". CS never contacted me to tell me it was canceled. It was not until I contacted them yet again that they finally refunded my money and then never explained what happened. The $30 iPad case still shows as available on the website. They have an odd idea of customer service.

Great place for cheap accessories for your phone or tablet

I have been using a case for my iphone 4 that I bought from HHI for quite some time now. I love it and it cost me $2! I also bought a windshield mounted phone cradle for my iphone for about $5 and it is going strong after months of daily use.

HHI has a huge selection of accessories and cases for your electronics. You can't beat the prices.

HHI cannot help you with your order. Be wary of "Store Credit"!

Some purchases at HHI come with free store credit for future purchases. Be aware that using that "same as cash" credit is not straightforward, even when following all rules and requesting help from the company. $4 in store credit cannot be used to make a $3.99 purchase. HHI is not equipped to help individual customers push through an order (since orders can only be placed online, not via phone or email or webchat). Bottom line: This is a self-service company with below-average web capabilities.
