wish it was 42 fans"

Deal may be good if you don't think these fans are just fug-ly, very old style

Needed some for a rental and sadly this is the best price Ive seen.  But even better, I just got off the phone with them and ordered 5 and they took the 10 off 50 coupon that Lowes has for online orders. So for 39 each, try to beat that anywhere. Thanks OP

So if you have a 10 off 50 coupon and the fan price is $49.88 how does that translate into a $39 fan. The math does not add up!

By the way we purchase about 50 of these fans every month and they are great for rental and houses.   This is the cheapest price unless of course you have the Home Depot 5 or 10 off 50 coupon then you can buy 2 and receive the discount.

The Lowes coupon has no limit, it can be used over and over till it expires. I would guess they allowed him to use it for each fan and didn't force him to find a .12¢ filler. Or he did find a filler but didn't feel it was worthy of mention.

I know it says "indoor" but can I use it in my patio outside? The one we have there has lost its blades during the last storm (due to high winds) and its cheaper to just replace the fan rather than buy new blades (which is another shame, but it is what it is)

Please do NOT use an indoor fan outdoors.  Outdoor fans are specifically made to handle the weather and elements.  These indoor fans are not made for that.  If you check out the outdoor fans, you'll notice that they're sealed.  This one is exposed and could pose an electrical threat to you and your family if used outdoors.

Ok, thanks for feedback. I just chatted with customer service and cancelled my order

Have a question:  I will be living in a 20ft ceiling loft style place soon.  I guess I have to buy a metal tubing to extend from ceiling, would this fan would work with that or is it totally separate setup?

you have to make sure the fan can be adapted to have that extension rod added. some can, some can't. If it can, you're fine. I don't know if you can glean that info from the product info at the link, you might have to ask them in the store.

Are these priced in store the same? I wondering if could buy in store and using military discount?

Why does link come out blank?

My Home Depot will not allow internet coupons--- only mailed coupons

These can be extended by using extension rods, also available at Home Depot.  There's enough wire on the fans to extend down a good three or so feet, maybe more, I forgot the exact extra length. I have two of these on 24" extension rods.  The goal is to get the blades about 9-10 feet above the floor.  Don't know how far you'll end to extend for a loft style place, though.
