I think this deal is a leftover from Memorial Day. I picked one up last week at this price and have been using it quite a bit since. I'm pleased with it. It's got plenty of power and the batteries charge really fast.

I checked some of the reviews on Amazon as HD did not have any? Hard to believe too! I was really thinking of getting one of these as Amazon has it listed for $144 with $10 shipping too! My Hitachi has developed a bit of chuck wobble and thought that Makita is a good brand. However after reading some of the negative reviews, I think I will wait. I may be buying a new drill because of chuck wobble and getting a new drill with chuck wobble too! Also the one reviewer mentions that he has already gone through the original two batteries and a third that he purchased also. Hello I am not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about buying this drill after all.

I also read the reviews on Amazon before buying.  The mentions of chuck wobble worried me a bit, but I sorted the reviews to show the most recent first and started reading again.  I seem to recall that the ones mentioning the wobble were all older reviews.  I could be wrong, but that's what I remember at the moment.  I can say that I haven't noticed any issues with mine and I drilled a few dozen holes with it just yesterday.
