Seriously Poor Customer Service

HomeClick web site is easy enough to use. I purchased a sofa and matching love seat. The sofa broke with in 7 day, I decided against a replacement and as of today they said they would refund my money on the sofa. Considering it was a matching love seat, I inquired about returning it. Returns require the original box and packing materials, which are (of course) long gone. They refuse to take the love seat back in any other packing materials. I would not use them again. I'm stuck with a love seat that I cannot return and awaiting a refund on the broken sofa. Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. Shame on you HomeClick.

Extra "Insurance" charges added to order

Be careful when submitting your order, they add an additional charge for "BuySafe" insurance by default, you must take an extra step and manually delete the charge from the order if you do not wish to purchase it.
