Bad experience
A family death occurred so I was not able to take the vacation I had planned to Keystone. As this was a semi-last minute cancellation (5 days in advance) I was only refunded 1/2 of the cost of the reservation. The person on the other end of the line spoke poor English and was not able to understand my questions making it very difficult to communicate. Apparently there are no exceptions to the one month cancellation policy even though we booked the trip three weeks before traveling. This cancellation policy was stated in our confirmation email (after booking) but seems a bit inflexible. I will never use this site again.
