Joann.com's online stock for crafters is very decent and prices are hard to beat when there's a sale. The web site is not user friendly--hard to switch from shopping cart to wish list and if you put an item in your cart it's hard to navigate back to where you were shopping. Read product descriptions carefully and magnify photos of packaged products whenever possible as the descriptions are often incorrect. I checked 10 packages of Martha Stewart ribbon described as including 15 YARDS when, in fact, the correct yardage was 15 feet. The company apparently does not update or remove out-of-stock items daily. You won't know an item is out of stock until you try to put it in the cart or, even more annoying, when you go to checkout. Joann.com offers free shipping on varying minimum purchases but takes 2-5 days to process an order and sends it by snail mail. The fact that this merchant offers free shipping and has a beter selection of craft supplies--plus gives cash back on fatwallet.com--is why I continue to do business with it.
