kiehl's has great products, and they are also generous with samples. I also appreciate that they reported the cash back in a timely fashion.

Received the product with broken cap (shampoo spilled all over the box)

The caps have been problems for a long time; I sometimes have to ask the shop to give me an extra cap when I made purchase at malls. And I forgot to select my free samples with this purchase and the customer service told me that there was nothing they could do and they could not even give random samples even though my invoice was over $100!

CALENDULA HERBAL EXTRACT ALCOHOL-FREE TONER is the best toner i ever had!!!! easy to absorb and feel so tender!
