These shoes were part of a FTC investigation after which Reebok admitted inability to prove toning claims and agreed to refund purchases to the tune of $25million. Last date to file/postmark claim was April 10, 2012. Now Kohl's has inventory to liquidate. Regular sneakers with balance ball technology? go for it. hoping to tone your legs and butt. probably not. check it yourself: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/cases/reebok/index.shtm
